We had a spectacular dinner last night, very well balanced dished. My wife had octopus with Azafran purée, and I had artichoke with cured ham, to which I added a pinch of Maldon salt. The dessert was Maria Biscuit cake was soft and tasty. I tried a new beer, Brabante Oscura, which paired the meal very well. Pablo provided excellent service and a “can do” attitude with speed, grace and charm.
